  I’ve been having DQ since I was a child. This DQ has the BEST hamburgers. It was delicious and wasn't messy!

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at the Dairy Queen in Emory, TX. Travis, who identified himself as the manager, was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no interest in resolving the issue or providing the level of service customers should expect. When a manager treats customers this way, it reflects poorly on the entire business. Leadership should set the standard for respectful, courteous service, but that was not my experience. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope ownership is aware of how customers are being treated and takes steps to improve the overall customer experience.

  They are the slowest people I’ve ever seen. We have sat in the drive through for 40 minutes with a long line and not moving. We have sat for 20 minutes with no line!! Ridiculous the lack of urgency to help you …

  My husband and I visit this DQ about every other week or so. What we have consistently found is that the service you get is 100% dependant upon how many mentally responsible adults are behind the counter. Our rule of thumb is that if we walk through the door and don't see anyone over 35 behind the counter, we just turn around and go elsewhere. Don't even try. I say this from experience. And to whoever in ownership is responsible for the automated replies to bad reviews: Do better. Your canned AI responses to legitimate complaints are quite frankly insulting. They're like those politician apologies that say "We're sorry you were offended by my bad behavior", when you should really apologize for what you (or your unsupervised staff) did. On a positive note, if you're lucky enough to get decent, the food is pretty good for fast food. That's why we keep trying!
