  This the second time they give me my burger semi cold and this time the bread bun was all wet couldnt even eat it right everything else was good

  It’s nice alright,but it has too many problems if you go to the drive thru you might ever get your order right I would always have to come back, staff is not that nice to my opinion not such a great place at least the food is good, do not come here they will also waste your time I live not to far ordered just one kids meal they took 30mins.

  If you want to wait 40 mins for cold food, this is the place for you. Oh! And they'll give you a cookie to make up for it. (Your customers don't want free cheap desserts, they'd rather have the food that they PAID for in a timely manner and at a good temperature). I ordered online, knowing that they're notorious for taking extremely long. I waited 20 mins. And another 20, maybe even 30 mins at the restaurant. This has been going on forever! This is the worst Whataburger. Had I not already ordered online, I would've asked for a refund and left. They even forgot the sauce on my burger.

  Ordered 2 of the new hot honey chicken sandwiches. Both came with no pimento cheese. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She apologized for the mistake and asked if I would like to go back. I have issue with any customer needing to go back so that a restaurant can fix their mistake. Why does the customer need to go out of their way to get the problem fixed. Anyways, she did offer for me to bring my reciept the next time I stop by and get it resolved. She did what she could and I dont blame her for that. All I ask is for the workers to make the orders right the first time. Oh and this isnt the first time an order I places is wrong. Other times of ordering the B.O.B with bacon, it comes with sausage instead.

  i ordered a double cheeseburger with large fries sweet and a three piece tenders without fried and a diet coke when i got home to eat o saw they got the tender and diet coke part right but my double cheeseburger wasn’t a a double meat cheeseburger it was a one meat kids meal tiny fries and all every time i go this whataburger and order through the drive through the service is terrible its no good here unless you go ti eat there in person when you can actually do something
