  I don’t even know how you mess up a burger this badly. The outside is burnt and crusty like it’s been sitting there all day, but somehow the inside is still pink and mushy. It’s not just undercooked.. it’s straight-up inedible. The texture alone is enough to make you lose your appetite. I paid $7 for a cheeseburger I can’t even take more than one bite of. This isn’t a small mistake , it’s basic food safety and quality, and this completely missed the mark. Absolutely disgusting and beyond disappointing.

  Ordered through the Sonic app and everything was smooth and easy. The burger and fries combo was fresh, hot, and tasted great. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. Definitely a solid spot when you want something fast.

  We all understand it takes zero skills to work here, but it really makes you question what kind of hiring process Sonic has. Half the order is wrong, the other half is missing, onion rings are burnt.

  I think any sonic you go to is gonna mess up your order. The Elgin location is crap!!! Customer service is crap just like the food. Never again, I’ll stick to sucky McDonald’s. At least the order is right when I go to McDonald’s.
