  It’s odd how this place is still open tbh …the food is abysmal. Its entrance is always -& has always had pot holes! This place gives me the creeps. They must be surviving solely off of drinks cause no way the food is keeping this place afloat. I’m shook.

  I have had better service at a self serve gas station pump. The carhop, Joanna, forgot items and then expressed a anger like displeasure whenever we had asked for them. we ordered several items, got two condiments total, asked for more and was snubbed. Asked for a drink carrier, same thing, and when we were handed one it was a flat piece of cardboard, and we had to figure out how to put it together. when given several RT44 drinks, a carrier should be included. Asked for the fries that were left out, same thing. If i knew how to file a complaint through the store I would. This has been a recurring thing with the forgetting things, but I have never seen somebody get mad because we asked for our things.

  Had to wait on my food for over 30 minutes and only got 2 meals. Then when they FINELY brought it out she drop it at the door and tried to serve it to me. ELGIN SONIC IS TRASH.

  The worst service in Elgin. So slow and don't get the order correct. Ashley is wonderful. Friendly!!

  I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Sonic. I ordered a specific burger, but instead I was given a completely different one. Not only was my order incorrect, but I was also charged for the burger I originally ordered, meaning I paid more for something I didn’t even receive or want.What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of customer service and attention to ones order. Hopefully the next customer can get better service!
