    Waited 45 minutes for food. 25 of those minutes was waiting for the remake of 1 burger that was made incorrectly. Got home only to find other parts of the order were also wrong.

    Takes 20 minutes to make 1 burger, not a meal and the last 3 times we've gone they have got our order completely wrong. The patties are always burnt and they love to heckle you about Sonic coupons and they're the ones that gave them to us because they got our order wrong. But they deliver it to your car with a smile 💁‍♀️🤣

    I have been several times recently and they don't have enough help and never answer the intercom. I keep leaving because no one responds. Today they have no ice. Then the exit to get out is one big hole.
