- AXAB XAug 31, 20261.0By far the WORST delivery experience I’ve had in Elgin. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food when we live only about 8 minutes away. The order showed up almost 50 minutes later than the estimated delivery time we were given. At this point, I seriously have to question whether there is a manager on-site overseeing this location. This is not my first bad delivery experience with the Pizza Hut in Elgin, and there seems to be absolutely no improvement. After waiting nearly TWO HOURS, the pizza finally arrived with a smashed box and most of the pizza stuck to the inside of the box. How does an order leave the restaurant in that condition and still get delivered to a customer? Long wait. Late delivery. Damaged food. Poor quality control. For the amount customers are paying for food and delivery fees, this level of service is unacceptable. After multiple bad experiences, I’m done giving this location chances. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. Management seriously needs to address what is happening with deliveries at this location.
