Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I finally wanted to try the green chile double but had requested if it could be made as a single patty (personal preference). After going back and forward I was aware that they would charge me the same amount and I was ok with it. It seemed like they just didn’t want to do it. Surprise surprise, I get home and they had made it a double and hard to remove a patty because of the melted cheese. Today i go through drive thru again and order breakfast with an extra side of hashbrowns. They give me my order and the extra hash browns aren't there. I let them know and without a question they give me my missing order (really appreciated) and everything is well until I see one of the ash browns. Pic attached… Please re-train your staff. I’m not the only person with this issue after reading your google reviews

The last handful amount of times they have gotten the order completely wrong I am thinking about just telling them to surprise me with my order next time since it seems like they tend to do it anyways. Extremely disappointing way of representing the franchise.
