So dam cold an Eskimo could be happy hear. Food got cold and very uncomfortable! My cold got worse and I was just getting betta! Other than that it would have been 5 stars. Had to leave right away. But we must make the Manager of I dont know where comfortable NOT customers.

I love the Cobb salads from whataburger. However, they're wrong for this lack of chicken on my salad. This salad usually comes with more chicken.

The outside was clean, and the drive-thru wasn't busy, so getting through was quick and easy. One thing I thought was really cool was the checkout window. They have sliding doors that let the staff step in and out to hand customers their food, which I hadn't seen before at any location in El Paso. The location is also super convenient it’s right by the freeway with shopping and a gas station all in the same area.

Boy, has this location gone downhill! I ordered the 3pc chicken strip combo. The chicken was cold and looked old; definitely not fresh. The fries were cold and soggy. They also forgot 1 of my chicken strips. They only gave me 2 instead of 3. I wish I would’ve checked my bag before I left. The Dr Pepper I ordered tasted off. The employees were nice enough, but the food and overall experience was terrible! What a waste of a drive and money.

The service here was horrendous, I was waiting to pick up an order which should've been ready 15 minutes before I got there. There was one lady who had the worst attitude and was as annoying as it was waiting for the my pickup for 2 simple apple pies. It was extremely cold and that I can some what understand, but the cleanliness of the Whataburger was not good, food all over the floor and dirty. Might not come to eat at this location again.
