  Ordered a Number 2 with grilled onions and Jalapeños and a regular Kids burger meal. Both Burgers buns were soggy and wet. Small Tomatoes were soggy as well with green centered color. Both Fries were cold, unsalted, and seem not to be completely cooked overall. A disappointing overall meal, will never order from this location again. Burgers were still passible but were soggy and overly greasy.

  I’ve been to many Whataburgers in NM and Texas and I must say this one has to be one of the best. For a Friday night, parking lot packed and a line in the drive thru I expected there to be a wait. I ordered my food and everything was so fast and fresh! Fresh friends and great tasting burger. The young lady at the window was friendly as well. Props to this Whataburger! If I’m ever in the area again, I’d definitely come back. (Food was so fresh and hot I didn’t have time to take pics)

  La comida rica para mi gusto. Chicken strip sandwich me encanta y las papas no son lo máximo pero saben bien, con el sabor de la spicy ketchup mejor aun

  Hits the spot every time and my guy Eduardo Ruiz made it even better with his world class customer service. He was right, the peach drink was gas.

  Good Food, But Customer Service Could Be Improved I recently visited Whataburger during the dinner rush this past Friday and wanted to share my experience. Overall, the food was good, and I have always appreciated Whataburger as a brand. However, my experience at the drive-thru window was a little disappointing. The employee assisting us seemed very rushed and did not provide the level of customer interaction and hospitality that I would expect. When we received our order, we were not asked if we needed ketchup, condiments, or any additional items. When we asked about them, the response felt a little dismissive, and the condiments were placed into the bag in a way that came across as more of an inconvenience than an effort to assist a customer. I understand that dinner hours can be busy, and employees can have a lot going on, but small interactions make a big difference. A simple “Would you like any ketchup or sauces?” or a friendly acknowledgment goes a long way in creating a positive customer experience. This review is not meant to reflect negatively on the entire restaurant because the food and overall visit were good. My hope is that management can use this as an opportunity to remind the team that customer service and attitude are just as important as the food being served. Thank you for taking the feedback into consideration.
