Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JDJackie Davis4 days ago3.0The food is always tasty but I dislike how my orders are constantly incorrect. The drinks are a big issue, always given wrong flavors and staff can be a bit rude at times, as well.

She didn’t rush us when our kids were deciding what to get, she was very sweet, polite and even came to clean our table before we sat down thank you! By far the best customer service I have ever had thank you Carmen!

Like in what world does “No onions” means “Extra onions?” It’s okay if it happens once. It’s messed up if it happens twice but three times? 😭 and then the solution is to “come back and we will remake it” - as if I want to waste my gas, wait in line to then have the same thing happen again 💀 like brother 🥸

It varies, but the theme is the same, such as ice cold food (in the 10 minutes it took me to put in a mobile order and drive there?!), wrong sandwiches/orders and severe attitude boardering on abuse when I attempt to politely lodge a complaint. Once, an employee actually dropped a whole soda down the side of my car and the manager yelled at *me* stating that it was *my* fault for getting a cup holder for my sodas. Avoid this location (and maybe even this business as a whole) because it's clear that both the employees and corporate itself doesn't care.
