Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
I did a Curbside pick up, waited for more than 30 minutes, and still waiting for the food that paid for it. Curbside orders, the employer should bring the food to you.... Still waiting, service sucks! Manager should be fired! However, the employer apologized for the delay. Good manners

Not the first time I have a bad experience here, but today left upset again because my order was wrong I specifically asked for Jr. Size they gave me the incorrect one plus charged me for it when I didn't ask for that I asked for my refund they told me I wasn't gonna get it immediately. I also asked for another Jr and I didn't get it. Not going to this Whataburger again too many bad experiences

Yesterday, I visited the restaurant with my family, as we regularly do, but unfortunately we were treated very disrespectfully by the manager. We waited a long time for three burgers, and when I asked about our order, the manager responded with a rude attitude and told me to move forward because the food was not ready. The way we were treated felt disrespectful and, to me, racially motivated. My family witnessed everything, and we ultimately had to cancel our order and leave. It is very upsetting because we always enjoyed coming here together as a family, but after this experience, this will be our last visit. I hope management takes this situation seriously and addresses how customers are being treated.
