  This Karen decided our doges life is hers to because we had her in the care whith the windows dowane to get arie but she started biching and that she was going to call the cops so we left never come here

  This is my all time personal favorite Whataburger due to the fact that this team lead Abdull went out of his way to get my order right and fast, so then I sat down after ordering not just 5 minutes ago and to me that was fast because I ordered a number 6 with extra avocado then he came up to me giving me an out of this world customer service by giving me, many choices of condiment.

  Leslie came out to check up on my curbside order that I had placed trough the app after waiting for about 10 minutes, busy getting pop I get it but where’s the sense of urgency? She come out asked if I placed it in that location showed her the order as she was walking back she emcounter an acquaintance since she stayed talking to this female instead of checking up on my order againn where’s the urgency? Goes inside waits another 15 just for a guy to come out and say that they didn’t have my order at that point I just decided to leave. Nothing to conpinsate horrible service but you I’m sure the tea was good Leslie .

  Every time I get the number 5 from this location they always give it to me just with one patty. Isn’t this burger supposed to be double? It does not matter the day or the shift. It’s always the same. They do not give you Ketchup even if you ask for it.

  Today we went to have dinner at Whataburger, my daughter and I needed to use the restroom, while we were coming out one of the workers were going in vomiting, we tried to help her with paper towels, she didn't look ok, she was sick, I went to the front and ask someone to go and help her, no one went, she stayed there, sick and not only that she was cleaning after herself, I feel bad because she wasn't feeling well, meanwhile two managers just sitting and talking, I felt bad for her no compassion it all for sick people there..
