  Great food, combines pizza and the michoacana. Natalie made the best fresas con crema and tostó elotes!! Super recommend getting a pizza too 🧚‍♀️

  I had such a great experience at La Michoacana! Valentina was absolutely wonderful—she was very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. She was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell she genuinely cares about making customers feel welcome. Thank you, Valentina, for the great service!   I picked up my DoorDash pickup order just now, I ordered one 10” supreme pizza, one 10”cheese pizza, and 6 wings. The total was $42. Inflation right? That’s what I thought. So I guess? When I got to the restaurant, there’s a big sign that says they have a special, 2 Large 1 topping pizzas for $19.99. I just paid $42 for two little tiny pizzas, meanwhile you’re offering two large for less than half what I paid? I’m sorry but this is my last time going here. It sucks cause this is literally my favorite pizza, I even worked there in the 90s. But when I saw that sign, and the guy handed me the tiny little boxes, I couldn’t help but feel like I got ripped off. $40 for two little tiny pizzas? Thank you for responding: I understand that DoorDash takes 25% of the total, but that’s not true about pickup orders, the fee is closer to 6% and not a good reason to make your customers feel like they’re being cheated by paying an inflated price because they ordered online. Plus, DoorDash allows merchants to create pickup only specials. You could offer the same deal for 6% higher and it would be about $26, which is considerably less than I paid for the 2 tiny pizzas. The “DoorDash charges a percentage” excuse does not work here, If I were to compare the prices on DoorDash with your in store prices, would every item be 25% higher? Then my total for 2 tiny pizzas and 6 wings if paid for in store would still be $36. That’s $16 more than your special. Which one do you think I would have ordered? I’m not saying you all are doing this to screw your customers, (you’re probably doing this to try to avoid DoorDash taking all the profit) but you are inadvertently screwing over your customers by inflating prices for online orders. Why don’t you just get your own website and not do DoorDash? Because if they’re the reason you “have to” raise prices, then don’t offer DoorDash.
