- NLNatalie LopezMay 9, 20262.0Woodrow Bean location. Drive thru person was very rude didn’t give me my chips. Zero customer service. And I didn’t complain. He/she flung the bag at me annoyed that they had to be bothered to give me my order. I said thank you (genuinely) and they just closed the window in my face. And there’s no way to get a refund or comp on the app. You have to call. As if that person was going to make it right. I don’t even care about the chips. No need to be that rude.
- BSBriana SMay 6, 20263.0everytime i go to tropical i place my orders before hand to just go pickup and it’s never in the pickup area when i arrive. the only time its there is when i believe the manager is working i notice the employees actually put the pickup drinks where they go. the point of ordering ahead of time is to just walk in and go but i always have to wait for the employees to acknowledge me and i see my drink always sitting by the drive thru system instead of in the white cubicle .

I can’t stand when employees at businesses do this. They do not respect their business hours. It’s just people wanting to leave early at the time of closing and not care about their customers. just horrible!
- LLLori LogeApr 4, 20263.0Stopped by for tropical bowls and my guy got a bahama mama boy and the yogurt was frozen solid! When he told the cashier, she just said, that's how they come. I usually try really hard to only leave good reviews. This elevated my poor experience last weekend when I put in an online order and arrived a little early so I went through the (long) drive thru line and when I got to the windows, they hadn't even acknowledged my order. You can see that in the app. They asked me to pull over and 15 minutes later I walked in to see why they hadn't delivered my order! Needless to say I was late for an appointment 🙃 otherwise I can see how busy they always are in here but seriously.
