  Been calling the location on America's for the last 2hrs to tell them they messed up my mobile order and no one is answering. I asked for a beefy 5 layer burrito and a bean burrito both are marked correctly but i got 2 bean burrito instead 😩 please call me back🥲😂

  I went for Taco Bell at around midnight. I love late night Taco Bell but this experience ruined it for me. First of all the drive thru cashier was very rude, kept saying “sureeee” in a very sarcastic tone and just overall didn’t seem like he wanted to be I was like “ok he’s having an off night whatever” I get to the window and he didn’t even put my order in I had to the order at the window and answer questions about my order that he should’ve gotten when I ordered the first time. Then I proceed to wait 10-15 mins at the window, I finally get my food and I start driving home, you know you have to snack on the nacho fries so I reach in the bag and they’re ice cold. Whatever I get home and I’m finally over it and I’m excited to eat my food. Just for my quesadillas cheese not to be melted, it isn’t even cut nor prepped in the slightest, I had to rip it apart like a savage. I might say this is a new low for Taco Bell. I hope something like this doesn’t happen again or I might have to switch over to late night whataburger, they won’t disappoint.

  ABSOLUTLY PATHETIC. ORDERED 2 TACO PACKS AND THE PORTIONS IN THE TACOS WERE LITTLE TO NONE. FOR 50 BUCKS THE 24 TACOS SHOULD FILL YOU UP NOT MAKE YOU SAD! WHERES THE BEEF PASTE!?
