  This is by far the worst taco bell location I've ever been to! I avoid it and order from a further away location on Montana instead. It's filthy inside, especially the kitchen. Employees are rude. Orders take around 20-30m, even if the order was placed ahead, and then it's usually wrong anyway.

  Albert was so nice. It was my first time ordering AI drive-thru. I messed up my order. I asked Albert and he helped me out. I felt bad but he reassured me everything is ok. And made me feel relaxed and happy to still go. Thank you so much Albert.

  came to pick up a doordash order at about 1am. the tall man at the drive through cut me off when i said i was picking up 2 orders and left his mic on while laughing and screaming with his friends in the drive through. i can hear the music blasting 2 cars up and through his headset. i had to get his attention again and he cut me off once more repeating an order that wasn’t what i was picking up. he cut me off AGAIN after i repeated the first name of the 2 orders i was picking up. he told me to go to the window. i went to the window and AGAIN he kept insisting i had an order that wasn’t what i was picking up. i told him both names of both orders and he brushed me off and told me to park in the front and wait. i waited over 20 minutes and he only brought out the first order. i asked about the second doordash order & he paused to look at me with so much attitude as if this were my fault. he argued that i never told him about a second order and said he’ll be right back. he came out with the order clearly upset that i asked for the second order. this man needs to be written up asap

  Tried to fulfill a late night craving here and just no one ever came to service the drive thru? Was there for like 20 min and left.
