- DEDerrick Estrada6 days ago1.0Placed an order online, went to pick up my order and didn't realize until I dropped it off for my daughter that it was the wrong sandwich. Returned to let Subway know and was met with hostility by a teenage girl about being smart enough to check my order. They made me pay a 2ND TIME when they got it wrong. Dude, the kids that make up this work force need to do SOOOO much better. Bread, meat, veggie, cheese, its not calculus. Try better next time mijita.

- IUIvonne UgarteApr 19, 20261.0The female employee prepares my Philly sandwich and warms up my sandwich for 2-3 seconds and when I take a bite into my sandwich the meat was cold, it grossed me out so I went to her immediately to have her remake my sandwich and explain what happened she said well I don't know if I can remake your sandwich I can just warm it up with all my veggies and lettuce. I said no, let speak to your manager, she gets her supervisor on the line but tells her what happened. I told her I want to speak to her and she said the manager said to take down my name and number and refused to speak to me, very unprofessional just like her employee! You need to retrain your employees and your superiors too, they are reflection of your store! I will never visit your store again, and will definitely tell everyone I know not to go there.

Especially the female and male at night shift. I hope they change employees or tell them to be more friendly. Trust me it’s not worth going.
