  I normally don’t write bad reviews but I spent almost 40 dollars and waited in line for 20 minutes for my food and when I got home 5 minutes later and took it all out more than half of it was freezing cold. My burger was so cold like it had been sitting there for a while and the mayonnaise on my burger tasted sour so I tossed it. I only live about a 5 minute drive but I didn’t want to drive back to complain. There was a line behind me the 20 minutes I waited for my order originally and I didn’t want to go back and wait another 20 to have it fixed. Really disappointing when we spent so much money and waited so long.

  Rude employees, pulled up at the drive-thru. They said you're going to have to wait a little while. Or come back. We're busy

  The burgers were dry and overcooked. Unfortunately , all Sonics, in El Paso have horrible customer service and they take waaaaay too long to fulfill an order. Boo! 👎🏻
