  Placed order, checked in, waited 10 mins until the two drinks were supposed to be ready, called the restaurant … inside staff never made the drinks!😠 105 degrees out here!! Still waited an additional 10 mins for two standard drinks!!! Will stick to trawood location!

  The food is always good. Worker seemed to be in a sour mood. Parking lot was kind of dirty.

  Im not to sure what's going on with the service I purchased drinks and asked for slushes for my kids and was given just cups full of syrup and strawberry puree which my kids got sick of and no icy or slushy straight syrup even was sour.Called to talk to mgr no answer.This is the 3rd time the other time I felt like I was having a cup of coolwhip 1/4 of ice cream that should have been a milkshake .Recently purchased also refreshers and was regular water and pieces of strawberry. Called 1800 number couldn't refund my money back just gave me points now this with the slushes isn't good .I would like to know who can i speak to cause it already happen to me on the one on trawood,vista de sol
