  Around 6:00-6:10pm may 18th, me and my boyfriend experienced bad service. The girl in the drive thru was laughing distracted and keep asking me to repeat my order about 5 times, and I kept having to keep correcting the size of the meal and proceeded to still get the wrong size. I hope a general manager see this. And takes this serious

  I had gotten two meals. One as a mobile pick up and one to place to inquire about the toys for the kids meal. I had gotten chicken strips for both separate orders. The chicken in both orders was pink in the middle...

  They are honestly Horrible! I was sitting there for almost an hour waiting on my food and drinks!Just for them to still get my order wrong! something needs to change new management needs to happen asap! new workers! To slow! and Too selfish! I wish no one who is hungry has to go through what i went through with this place.!

  Came here on a chill and relaxingSunday afternoon . I stopped in because it wasn't busy . Only a couple of cars . I ordered on the app and parked in a stall and gave my information. I waited about 45 minutes to 1 hour for a chicken wrap , a cheese burger and fries . Even after informing the staff half way in the time. I dont understand whats going on here . This establishment shouldn't be operating as a restaurant if they can't even properly serve customers and make orders in a respectful time frame . Management, district management or even owners need to pay attention to the property because it is not doing right by its customers . I know this is el paso but they should care a bit more about its bussiness and clients. This is not the first time this has occurred but definitely worthy for me to bring this issue to attention.
