I k ow people have bad days but stoicism teaches you to overcome your obstacles not take them out on the customers. If it's busy and you have an attitude maybe it's best to have those employees find another job that doesn't deal with customer service, 🙄

Employee who answered at booth was rude. Food was ordered online and gave an estimate of 5 minutes. We finally got our food after 24 minutes and the bacon cheeseburgers had a fishy taste to them. Small piece of bacon and was cold. We will not be ordering from this location in the future.

Drive through drops my card on ground and has me get down from car to get it and doesn't even apologize... takes to long to order. Need to get people who care and work.... and they dont even give you a receipt for you to have records of the bad service they provided

I went through the drive-thru today at 6:58 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The employee, Aaron, was talking so fast when taking my order that I could barely understand him. It felt rushed and careless, like he didn’t even want to be there.
When I got to the window, he gave me the wrong drink size. I told him about it, and instead of fixing it right away, he grabbed it and started talking to his coworkers while I just sat there waiting. I even said I had no problem paying the difference if it wasn’t charged right, so there was zero reason to drag it out.
Then he kept trying to slam the sliding window like a kid throwing a tantrum. That kind of attitude is straight up unprofessional. On top of that, he didn’t even give me my receipt until I had to ask for it, and when I did, he acted annoyed again.
If you don’t like your job, that’s your problem — don’t take it out on customers. People are paying for service, not attitude. This makes the whole place look bad.

The chili cheese footlong hotdog and jalapeño poppers were good. To drink we got a cherry limeade and a Coke Zero that were great but the service took a little bit of a wait and they are to much of a hurry.
