  Order 2 drinks and some cheese sticks and waited 25 mins and there was no other customers on site…unacceptable

  We got a simple order via doordash at about 10:30 today, a plain hotdog with ketchup, a cheese burrito, mozzarella sticks, and a blue raspberry lemonade with no ice. We got no burrito. Instead we got a bacon cheeseburger. My hotdog (that i was very excited for) got all the extra stuff on it—a heap of cheese and chilli. My lemonade had an unreasonably large amount of ice aswell. For whatever reason we also got 2 free shakes and chilli fries (which sucked). Last thing, the driver waited a VERY long time to pick up. ~40 minutes. And to think we might have gotten other peoples items. Do not come to this sonic, its horrible.

  I don’t understand why I would have to wait 40 minutes for a drink and tots and both items tasted horrible. Will never be returning to this location. Better off driving 20 minutes for better food and service and will still be at home quicker.

  I have been here 3 times this month at the late hours. That's my jam.... and when I arrive it's "we can't we are doing this" or "we are only taking pickup orders" Stop!!! Just stop claiming this business is 24/7 when it is not whatsoever. Pathetic. Jack in the box will get my money from now on. Thanks sonic. Thanks. "Sarcasm at its finest" just like the 24/7 you claim. 😂 what a joke.
