  Continuous issues here. Less than 2 weeks ago we came late at night after a VERY long work day, and when asking for something as simple as cheese sauce, the lady at the drive through straight up said no. Today, I tried again for lunch. Took 5 minutes for them to understand me when I said signature cheese sauce. Shredded cheese? No. Sliced cheese? NO. SIGNATURE CHEESE SAUCE. Seriously guys? Then, I take a bite into my burger. RAW. I’m absolutely done. I’ll be calling corporate. Get your stuff together or find a new crew who can make a decent burger and isn’t completely disrespectful and rude. Gross.

  I’m a teacher and for teacher appreciation week I came to this location to receive half off drinks however I was not able to figure out the app on how to get the discount and the manager hooked me up and gave me two free drinks. That was very nice of him! As a teacher, I really appreciate the support!

  #1 Food- usally good,but this time ½price sonic cheeseburger 🍔 was not happening. What I had ordered was very basic cheeseburgers with no adding or taking away. What they put in my burger was what they had leftover or something to compensate for what they didn't have. The burgers came with mayo, ketchup, lots of onions, very little lettuce,no tomato, no pickles and of course cheese and patties. All 4 burgers made exactly the same. This was intentional. Getting home to find this, is disappointing. #2 service- The service was great, the girl was a sweetheart. Not her fault. #3 atmosphere- I guess we can meet with friends park and hang out in the mobile order stalls and everything is chill.🤷‍♀️

  Who's idea was it to take off all the damn order stalls. I go to drive thru and order and the worker decides to tell me they are only accepting cash they could have said that before even ordering and then they go on to say to go to a stall and order there when there are only a select few to order from without using the app. Im going to drive thru for faster service I dont even have the stupid app

  They sent me a burger that I couldn't eat. I ordered a burger with no mustard what i got was a burger that was loaded with mustard and therefore not edible. I called the manager and she basically told me that there was nothing she could do
