  Overall experience at this location has been pretty terrible to say the least, we waited in line for what it felt like was forever for a slushie, then the guy who was at the window was just silent when we came up the window, the customer service was pretty rude to say the least, we were looking through the window to see what was taking a while and a girl was just sitting on her phone on instagram just not doing anything while there was at least 2 orders on the list, to Joseph the General Manager of the store, please talk to your workers cause this was just terrible, next time I will take photos and videos as proof of it all.

  I honestly don't know what happened at this Sonic, but it was one of the worst fast food experiences I've had in a long time. It was so bad that it felt like a location the CEO should visit on Undercover Boss. We parked in a stall and ordered through the app. Even though we were checked in, we waited about 15 minutes for our food while the drive-thru seemed to be at a stand still the entire time. It really felt like all orders were being ignored. When our food finally arrived, my meal was missing the onion rings that were supposed to come with it. We were also charged for extras that we never received. My partner was kind enough to share one of their onion rings, but after one bite it was obvious something was wrong. It tasted like someone had dumped an entire container of cinnamon into the batter. To top it off, both of our drinks came with no ice. We used to come to this location, but it had been a while since our last visit. After tonight, it'll be an even longer while before we decide to come back. I hope management takes a hard look at what's going on because this location needs some serious attention.

  I Will not even give them 1 Star they took like 40 minutes to get my order. I also got My order wrong and order a strawberry lemonade and wirh no ICE jajaja thats Dumb.

  40 minutes for a small order, at most 5 parking spots were taken meaning it shouldn't have taken 40 minutes for an order of less than 6 items, it is outrageous to wait such times for "fast" food
