  Last time I come to this Sonic. Please check your receipt. They apparently charge for sauces now that used to be included in your order. I ordered large mozzarella sticks and they asked me if I wanted marinara sauce. I of course said yes and they told me that will be an extra charge. I asked since when and according to them since always. Well I have been to this location plenty of times and sauces have always been included with certain menu items, I have never been charged. I see by the reviews someone else has already made a complaint to corporate and has had this issue as well. And I agree, extra sauces should be an additional fee, but charging for sauces that should come with the order is simply ridiculous and a penny pinching move. I checked the app as well and Sonic does give you up to 3 sauces free of charge on certain menu items. Those items include the mozzarella sticks I ordered. I don’t like being deceived as a customer, I also don’t like someone taking advantage of my hard earned money. Especially not by large corporations who should all operate under the same operational standards. Will make sure to avoid this Sonic and go to one owned by a different Franchisee who actually respects me and my business.

  Drina, deserves a raise make her the owner even I had just gotten fired from my job so naturally I did what any emotionally stable adult would do I drove straight to Sonic because nothing says everything will be okay quite like a giant slushie I pulled into the drive thru looking like life had just hit me with a combo meal and all I wanted was my favorite slushie Thankfully the slushie was absolutely perfect Cold refreshing and exactly the emotional support beverage I needed But what really made my day wasnt the drink it was Drina She was so kind welcoming and genuinely caring that for a few minutes I forgot I had just lost my job She treated me like I actually mattered instead of just another customer in the drive thru Its amazing how much a little kindness can change someones day I came for the slushie but I left with a smile and feeling a whole lot better than when I arrived Drina reminded me that there are still good people out there who can make a difference with something as simple as being nice The slushie was a 10 out of 10 the service was even better and honestly if every business had someone like Drina running it the world would be a happier place Ill definitely be back hopefully next time with a new job but even if not at least I know Sonic has my back

  Forgot my sauce packets for all 4 meals. Was counting on dulling my chicken in some bbq but they never gave it to me DoorDash wise. Bad service replace midnight crew

  There's only one employee. Terrible management to have a single employee on a Saturday morning on such a busy location.

  I ordered DoorDash and I was really excited for my meal. It turned up without any toppings and the bread wasn’t even opene either. The hot dog was falling out and it wasn’t edible at all. Worst service and hot dog I’ve ever received, I didn’t even eat it.
