  No ice cream? Also since the delivery only parking has been added the whole place has gone downhill. The atmosphere is gone, not a classic sonic feel anymore.

  I ordered doordash and my order was completely wrong! Pluss they didn't give me my shake! I ordered a shake again cause that was what i wanted the most from my order... then doordash driver called and said that apparently they gave my shake to someone else and they wont remake it. Then we called to complain and they hanged up and didnt want to listen to us.

  If you’re looking for a Sonic, I honestly would recommend going to a different location. We went to the Sonic on Zaragoza and Rojas, and unfortunately the customer service was extremely disappointing. My mom ordered a Berry Citrus Limeade with still water, since she had never tried it before and didn’t know the difference between still and sparkling water. When we received the drink, it tasted like plain water with essentially no flavor. I tried it as well, and it genuinely tasted like water. We politely asked if there was anything they could do to help or possibly remake the drink because it had no flavor. One employee told us, “Honestly, it’s just because our syrups suck.” We then spoke with another employee and explained the situation. We were not demanding anything and were simply asking if there was a way to fix the drink or get something else. Eventually, they made us a Cherry Limeade instead. However, the employee who brought it to us was visibly annoyed, asked for the original drink back in a very rude manner, and handed us the replacement with an attitude. We apologized and even acknowledged that we understood it could be frustrating to have to remake a drink, but despite us being respectful, we were met with eye rolls, rude facial expressions, and the employee closing the door in our faces. I understand that mistakes happen and that working in customer service can be frustrating. We were not upset about having to exchange the drink. What bothered us was the attitude and complete lack of basic customer service throughout the interaction. I didn’t get the employees’ names, but one was a blonde woman and the other had pink/purple hair with a gothic/alternative style. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not recommend this Sonic location. Even when we were polite and respectful, we were treated as though we were bothering them simply by asking for help with a drink. Hopefully management can address the customer-service issues at this location, because the experience was extremely unpleasant.
