  This specific Sonic is almost laughably terrible. *Multiple* times, going to the drive-thru they'll tell you they can only accept cash payments. Waiting in the stalls and pressing the button is truly a toss-up wether you'll be helped or not. I have gone to this sonic for a *singular dessert* only to watch three or more full orders leave before I get an ice cream soup in a cup after forty minutes. And if it isn't any of this? Guess what? They're OUT of whatever you seem to want when you want it. Supply chain issues in 2026, my guy? Get this location under control. Whoever this GM is should consider a new line of work.

  I had ordered my drink with easy ice but Jacob was gracious enough to redo and bring me the corrected beverage. He did it all so with a smile. Better service than before. Thank you Jacob!

  I’m actually disgusted with this place. Ordered two drinks and one had actual dead bugs in it and I have the pictures to prove it. Once we came back, we were not even given an apology. The worker just started remaking the drink without even offering a refund so I myself had to ask for one. This place has consistently given poor service time and time again. Think twice before coming here and if you do check your drinks…

  This is the 2nd time we pull up in the last few weeks and we're told, "at the moment they are only accepting cash because the machine is down." I mean, it seems this is becoming normal and after a certain time they want to avoid working so the "machine is broken." Who carries cash these days? Luckily I still have them work snd placed my order via the app. Get your act together sonic. Terrible service. Someone needs to do something about this. Embarrassing!

  Went to Sonic last night to get food and left disappointed due to being told at the drive thru line that they only took cash. Which I did have, however once I placed my order, I had to ask multiple times if they received it over the microphone. All they told me was to pull up to the window. Once I pulled up to the window, I was not attended to for five minutes and ended up leaving to the Whataburger right next-door, which was excellent if I add. This has happened multiple times in my experience ordering from this Sonic thank you.
