  We were ordering our food with a short lady who had an attitude and a rude tone. When we got to the part of ordering a drink, she said they didn’t have it and so we were looking to see what else we could get to drink. The lady got agitated and said “come back when you’re ready.” She proceeded to delete the order and we had to wait another 5 minutes. When she picked up again and said we took too long to order (we only took like 10 seconds to look at other drinks they offered). This lady was absolutely rude and I feel bad for the co-workers that have to deal with her and for customers that order food with her.

  It doesn't matter how many times you ask for condiments, when ordering by Doordash or Uber eats they don't care they just give you no condiments even though you select your condiments! Every single time, never fails!

  Everyone who complains about this place doesn't know how fast food works. Just old grumpy children hungry for food , who order with attitudes and expect top tier service. The wait times are reasonable for a place SHORT staffed. If you think you could do better, they are hiring you can prove it instead of hiding and complaining in reviews. Absolutely so childish of grown adults to complain when they dont do anything more then sit in their cars and eat food. I give a 5 Star rating for the workers who have to deal with this , 1 star for the customers who probably never worked in the fast food industry in 2026.
