  The workers here do a great job with their service ,yeah there’s been some times where my food has been messed up but the managers here are very quick to offer a replacement 5/5

  Wish I could post a picture they gave me burned and crumbled tater tots I drove in the rain to get some food before heading to my hotel and I get back to this bs

  So I have been going to this Sonic for many years. But lately I have had very bad service. From morning to the evening shift. I go to buy ice all this week, I was only allowed to get one bag of ice. Then she told me it's better if I go in the morning which I did and then she tells me they couldn't sell ice cuz the ice machine was broken!! Doesn't make sense to me, how are they going to sell drinks? I called in the evening and they said they could only sell one bag of ice, I always purchase three bags of ice a week, very disappointed. PLEASE FIX YOUR ICE MACHINE

  Jasmin Gutierrez was amazing and very efficient! Jasmine was Provided accident service and was proficient And very courteous. Thank you for having such a great employee
