  If I could give a 0, I’d give a -1. Employees are not knowledgeable on how to process coupons. They charge you full price and lie when they hand you your card back, you have to ask for the receipt. General manager was nice, but somehow she doesn’t have access to last night’s receipts (I had my physical copy), and only offers a replacement meal. This Sonic has gone downhill the last couple of years, and I rarely eat there. Bad experience, charged incorrectly and now they can’t give me my money back. As the boomers say, I won’t be back.

  My husband always orders a Route 44 Lime Slush, this specific location always ruins it, it is 8:13 pm (05/15/26) and we ordered a Route 44 lime slush and they forgot to put the flavor on the ice. I ordered a Strawberry-Horchata Cream Slush, they literally gave me Strawberry water with lots of cinnamon flavor. I don't know what's going on with management but they need to regroup their employees.

  Horrible summer drinks Berry and Mango!!!! Just water with 2 squirts of flavor....spoke to manager Very Young inexperienced said yay its water!!! At $2.99 each....don't buy Horrible just water w sugar flavor did neither taste like Berry NOR Mango...threw drinks away that Horrible tasting.
