  I went to sonic today and placed a pickup order before hand, I got to sonic and told them I am here for pickup and entered the lane. I clicked the red button and they told me it would be out shortly. I waited 15 minutes and then clicked the button again and they asked me what I ordered. I told them and she said ok, then continued to ignore me after I clicked the button again. I went up to the person who was handing out the food and asked him about my order. He said he would go check, but then he left. I had to go back to class so couldn’t keep waiting for my food. I got at sonic at 12:20 and waited till 12:57. They charged my account and I never got my food, now I am calling to get my money back and I am still waiting.

  I just ordered mozzarella sticks and a gatorade slush. More than half the mozzarella sticks there was no cheese in it. Horrible place what can I say!

  I came at around 11pm, ordered on the app in advance getting ice cream and paying for it already. Upon arrival they said they didn’t have ice cream, when I wanted my refund they told me to call the number on the receipt by way of dispute. Absolute terrible service. Just lazy high teenage kids. This place should be shut down!!! What a disgrace
