I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one needs to be said. This Pebble Hills Sonic is brand new, yet somehow already operating like it’s been neglected for years.
The food quality was unacceptable. The sandwich looked like it was thrown together with zero care, messy, soggy, and falling apart. The lettuce was wilted, sauce was all over the wrapper instead of the food, and overall presentation was just sloppy. If this is what’s being served during the “new location” phase, that’s a major red flag.
The fries were no better greasy, unevenly cooked, and just dumped into the container. No attention to quality or consistency at all.
What’s even more concerning is the number of 1-star reviews already piling up. For a brand-new location, that doesn’t happen unless there are serious operational issues, management, training, or both. At this point, it honestly feels like they just don’t care.
There’s no reason a new store should be performing this poorly. If Sonic wants this location to succeed, they need to fix the quality control and customer experience immediately.
