Staff was amazing. I believe his name was Conner. He’s was so helpful. Chicken was out so that means we have to come back but everything else amazing. Favorites were sausage, coleslaw, and ribs. All amazing.

I saw all the hype videos of this place so I decided to try it myself, disappointed. 45.00 for two sandwiches combos and the brisket meat was dry as hell, sausage was just ok. Potatoe salad just ok, Mac and cheese was so liquid gross. I think Rudy’s barbecue is better and at a better price. It’s was all hype. The onion rings inside the sandwich were nasty. Never again!!!! This ain’t real barbecue.

This place lives up to it's name. Much to my astonishment, upon receipt of my brisket plate, did I realize that the portion size would be indicative of the establishment name. A friend of mine from out of town wanted BBQ. Unfortunately, where i usually go was not open. So, we decided to try this place because we were trying to support local. We both ordered a brisket plate because we were told they were all out of everything except brisket. No problem, i understand. We were also told all out of potato salad, also, no problem. When we got our plates, there was a SINGLE slice of brisket that measured about 5 inches long and about 2-3 inches wide, 2 sides which the mac and cheese was pretty much velveeta shells and cheese, a slice of white sandwich bread, and 4 pickle slices and a 12 Oz can of soda.
To say I was thoroughly disappointed is an understatement. The one positive, the flavor of the brisket was good and it was tender.....however not even close to worth what they charged. For those 2 plates and 2 drinks, the bill was $40 and change.
So living up to its name, Skinny's, it definitely does. You will certainly leave skinny, hungering for more, and your wallet will be skinny as well.
Food is amazing! The way I was treated when I went in was something was the exact opposite. First thing I’m told is sorry we don’t have no food, only brisket and pulled pork. I say ok, that’s what we want. I ask what sides and was bothered and said I have beans, fries and Mac and cheese. As I start to order, he cuts me off and says wait. I need to see if I have for for you. Ok, then he asks what type of Brisket I want. I ask “what type you have?” He says angrily. I have it all. I get my food. I ask for a side of BBQ. He says , we don’t have any lids and just some all over your food. What if some didn’t want any food with BBQ sauce all over it. I had to pay $4.21 for an empty plastic container to get BBQ. Then he says I don’t have any ones for change. My change was only $.79. Idk where he gets his math skills, I’m sure the registers give you a change amount. I would have rather been told they were sold out completely. The place was empty, no other customers at all. I WONT GO BACK AFTER THAT TREATMENT.
