  I used to like going here it used to be a good food pleasure experience but my fastest visit left me disappointed the bread seem old and cold before we got it, my steak seemed to have a ounce that was uncooked to medium I probably wont go for a while but it need to be better the next time I go and please bring back the steak and bacon wrap shrimp special

  Dear Saltgrass corporate managers, I would very much like for you to see this review. I eat at various saltgrass restaurants in Texas as I travel for work. I’ve also frequently ordered DoorDash or Uber eats to get your food delivered to my home. Recently, I ordered through Uber Eats and waited over an hour for the delivery. The delivery person kept apologizing to me and then she finally said that somebody else had picked up my order and the restaurant had to start over again with a new order. I had ordered salmon. That’s fine that mistakes happen and they were going to start over with a new order, but when I did receive my salmon finally it was literally burned to a crisp. Not even edible. I called the restaurant and spoke with your manager, Michael, who promised me he would make it right and apologize profusely. We agreed that he would deliver the same thing to me the next evening at the same time. I specifically told him that I order Delivery because I don’t have time to go pick up food. Sure enough I get a voicemail from him the next day asking if I am going to go pick up my food, I tried calling your restaurant twice to speak with him or another manager, and was on hold an exorbitant amount of time. so the total amount of time that y’all wasted me was approximately two hours. I really like your food so it’s unfortunate that I will not be ordering from your restaurant anymore. I do have other really great options in El Paso that I can order from instead. Again, the point is that mistakes are made and we all get that but it is what is done that can totally make up for those mistakes and you feel short drastically in that regard.

  First time at saltgrass.... took my family to celebrate a birthday the place was nice atmosphere nice it wasn't that busy at all.. just a couple of tables around us....server introduced himself offer drinks took the order so far so good ...when the food arrived they served the plates and left ....we didn't see the server again no refills no dessert offered empty plates on the table...some other server that was walking by took my plate ...when the my server decided to come visit my table we have finished eating... I asked you guys do something for birthdays? He straight up said no... We don't do that ....I said ok not a problem ask for the check and left....and I still tip the guy 25% which I regret after the service but anyway....I don't think I'll be back there...

  Alright, so- Our waitresses switched out after taking our drinks and we spent the entire dinner with our waitress making faces at us when she stopped by. She was impatient when we were ordering and asking questions. We only got a single refill between 7 people during our visit, not even by our waitress. Our meals were wrong. 4/7 were wrong. They cooked steaks wrong and put the toppings on the wrong steaks for the wrong people. They switched the children's chicken for the adults and then they brought my kid the wrong side. My toddler choked. It was our tables problem. We caught all the spit up and our waitress just didn't stop by at all so I asked if a waitress on the side could please help pick up the dirty napkins and she said yes and called a busser which still took a while. I didn't ask for them to clean it or wipe anything. Just take the napkins and that took a while. We experienced awful service. This is not a family restaurant. Food was subpar. Food was wrong. No refills. Would not return

  So we all stopped in for lunch after summer day camp for my great nieces today and I have to say I am super impressed. Our waitress Danery was so on point. She was so helpful in suggesting something for the kids to eat. Then our food came out and our steaks were cooked to the perfect temperature. Everybody was happy with our meals and the littlest one loved here spaghetti. In my considered opinion this place is the real deal when it comes to steakhouses. If you have a chance stop in and ask for Danery get some lunch and just soak in the atmosphere you will be happy. I can not wait to come back for dinner. I highly recommend this place. Thank you
