  WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Our waiter ADAM was absolutely horrible! When seated, we were NEVER offered any bread. Service was so slow and once the food came out, we had to ask another waiter for bread. This waiter claimed "we're out but I'll go check". HE NEVER CAME BACK OR GOT ANY BREAD! Other tables had bread and they kept offering them refills (I WATCHED FOR THIS). I ordered a ribeye & mashed potatoes with gravy. I DIDN'T get ANY gravy for the dry, bland mashed potatoes and NO STRAWS with either of our drinks. We asked our server ADAM for them and his pathetic excuse was "Our manager is trying to conserve and save turtles so that's why I didn't bring you guys any." NEVER got straws, but EVERYONE IN THE RESTAURANT HAD STRAWS. He was just too lazy to walk to the kitchen and get them. He was too busy entertaining a larger table hoping for a large tip from them. When the bill came, he sure hung around waiting for us to pay INSTANTLY! TO TOP OFF THE LOUSY EXPERIENCE, our server DIDN'T return my credit card! Had to go back the next day to get it!! Another sorry experience with a female manager with black and pink hair who was super UNPROFESSIONAL! When she was told about the horrible experience from the night before, she just laughed and tried to blame ME for their negligence of forgetting to return my card. I didn't forget my card, it was NEVER BROUGHT BACK with the receipt. I went back to the restaurant but they were already closed so had to come back the next day for my card! She said "Oh well maybe we'll give you a free dessert when you dine with us again." Yeah, sure you'll give free dessert! You don't even give out your FREE BREAD OR FREE STRAWS! Dine with you again?! Haha NO THANKS!!

  Great experience overall. The manager is extremely hardworking and very involved. You can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping everything running smoothly and making customers feel welcome. The service and atmosphere were excellent.

  DeAndre was an amazing server, it was my first time in, and he made it a great dining experience! I was pleasantly surprised finding out that this is a scratch kitchen, which made sense when trying their delicious ribeye with loaded potato. Will definitely have to come back, I can’t wait!!

  I just had an amazing experience at Saltgrass Steak House during their “Tequila Dinner”… and everything was outstanding 🔥 From the first course with the shrimp sope and tequila Old Fashioned, to the duck enchilada in mole negro (absolute highlight 👌), every dish was perfectly executed. The third course featuring the adobado filet along with the tequila tasting was one of the best parts of the night, and we wrapped it up with a carajillo and tres leches cake that did not disappoint Great atmosphere, excellent service, and a unique dining experience if you enjoy good food paired with tequila. Definitely coming back 👏

  The management here is excellent—very welcoming and professional. I also really enjoyed the Hurricane cocktail, which was well-made. ​However, the rest of the experience was hit-or-miss. There was a significant communication barrier with my server, which made ordering difficult even when speaking clearly. Most importantly, my steak arrived rare despite specifically ordering it medium-well. While the staff was friendly enough about sending it back, the kitchen's initial execution on the temperature was disappointing. Great atmosphere and management, but the service and food consistency could use improvement.
