  We loved our experience!!! It was our first time coming here and we don’t regret it, food was amazing. Service was perfect I couldn’t ask for more this is what service should be everywhere, our waiter Deandre made our experience as someone who enjoys what he does. Kind, welcoming, great attitude. We are definitely coming back

  Amber, our server, was really nice and attentive, so I do want to give her credit. Unfortunately, the food and overall experience were very disappointing. I had heard some bad things about this Saltgrass location in El Paso and honestly, I wish I would have listened. I’ve been to Saltgrass in Colorado and had a completely different experience—the food there was actually really good. This location was nothing like that. Our food took so long to come out, and when my ribs finally arrived, they were cold. That’s just unacceptable, especially after waiting that long for our food. I honestly would not come back to this location. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right next door, and I’d choose it over this Saltgrass any day. Very disappointing, especially considering how good other Saltgrass locations can be.

  This is hands down one of the best places to go in El Paso for a steak. Everything is made in house from the bread to the chips to the salad dressings. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was great. If you want to go somewhere filled with flavor then this is your place.

  Ordered steak not cooked well aftera long wait over a hour and not busy. No actual A1 sause just there version. Waitress did not come back. I sent mediim steak back it was birned well done. Waitress said manager would come talk to us. But since it was when we where done they boxed my food up no manger came...Just handed us the bill and walked off. Not a good place to enjoy a nice meal..

  Had not been to Saltgrass for several years so I thought I would try it since our family had a good experience last time. My father ordered the fried shrimp which came with two sides-a baked potato and a salad. I took the salad which was a Caesar salad and ordered it dressing on the side. When the salad arrived it was slathered in dressing and there was no shaved parmesan on the salad. The person who delivered the salad to the table was not our waitress-Brooklyn. I mentioned to her that I had ordered the salad, dressing on the side but she ignored me and walked away. Brooklyn showed up and said she would take care of the salad which arrived via another individual. I noticed that there was powdered Parmesan (pizza type) on the salad. I asked that individual where is the shaved Parmesan and he said they were out. (There are grocery stores nearby). My father had ordered a cup of black coffee. He said it had a horrible taste. I tasted it and agreed. Brooklyn showed up and I thought the addition of hot water might help thinking the coffee was too strong. That did not help. When Brooklyn came back to check if the hot water was a remedy and it was not she said she would get the manager. We never saw one. The baked potato and fried shrimp were good. The noise level at 1400 very high. I thought we were in Chuckie Cheese instead of Saltgrass. From then on our waitress ghosted us. I had to go to the receptionist to let them know that we were ready for our check. We were never offered ice tea refills or rebrew on the coffee. Very poor service.
