They do a Cash Rounding so they added .02 to my order since I paid cash…it’s not but two cents but multiply that x ten thousand orders that pay cash and that’s $200 easy money for Rudy’s…. Multiply that times 51 stores that’s $10,200 in one day.

Today the meets were cold and the sausage was undercooked and the brisket tasted very dry, gritty and old…. All three of our family members felt the same about our meal. We left most of the meat. Very disappointed and will not return. Clearly in need of upper level management being present to make sure the meats are cooked right, hot and fresh! No old cold gritty brisket should ever be served!

- DLDanny LemonsJun 15, 20262.0well, we ordered moist brisket, spare ribs and regular sausage for four of us. The brisket was "almost" moist, the ribs were ok, but the sausage was very very dry. Way over cooked. Was attempting to impress a coworker of ours with bbq and it failed miserable. Will not go back to this location for sure. They also have fuel pumps out front, but one must go inside and pay before getting any fuel. Another failure. Can't even pay with a credit card at the pumps.
