Love the food here, I am so glad Portillo's finally came to El Paso. Love the hot dogs, service is quick, fries are really good, and everything comes out nice and hot. And the chocolate cake shake is unbelievable, it amazes me how you can actually taste chocolate cake, and not just chocolate. My son said the chicken tenders were really good as well. Can't wait to try the burgers next.

I went in yesterday and saw a manger on her phone multiple times throught the time i was there, when I approached the counter my cashier Sabrina was amazing but I dislikes the lack of care by the manger I think her name Stephanie,that was on her phone being nonattentive.very unprofessional
