  The food is always outstanding here, but we recently held a birthday party there and the staff and especially the manager went above and beyond to create an incredible experience. We had such a great time! Thank you!!

  Yesterday at Portillo‘s I witnessed the cashier coming around to help an elderly couple who did not see in the handicap door and was stuck with walker in the turn doors. She then proceeded to bring the menus and take them their orders. I watched as she continually checked on them and even wish them a great day when they went to leave reminding them that there is a handicap door. Great customer service is hard to come by and this place definitely has it. I had to inquire Her name. Sabrina if you ever see this you inspired me to be a better person. Thank you. The burgers there are always hit. Highly recommend!

  I love portillos the only recent thing I noticed is that when they opened the drive threw was fast going now in July verry slow taking way to much to give out orders and the girl collecting the money was sick with like the flue..gave me second thoughts..

  Born and raised in Chicago. Brought me back home with the Chicago style food. The BBQ Ribs were amazing. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to try authentic Chicago style food. Will definitely come more often and worth the commute.

  May not be perfect for others but it's perfect for us. Taste from my hubby's home is great to have close by. The customer service is always great, would like to mention especially Sabrina. She is always greeting us with a smile and always so cheerful and great to have around. Thank you guys for opening in El Paso, TX.
