  Was passing through El Paso when i came across Pizza Hut . Didnt think twice just anouther fast food place until i entered the store on trowbridge . Never have i seen such a professional, more spotless place . The staff treated me like family gave me a warm welcome. Miss Delilah was such an angel she made sure that our visit was nothing less then perfect . The food was amazing i thought I was dreaming but nope , someone out knows how to represent the Pizza Hut brand and that lady is Delilah. 11/10 stellar job keep it up!!!!

  Like the other reviews. Don’t waste your time here. Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with light cheese, extra sauce and got a pizza that was cheesy with no sauce. Go figure. Thank you for the great service and pizza.

  Employees have been very curtoise excellent I'm always coming too get pizza here favorite spot today may 5 th of June Delilah attended daughter and i very nice it's always great too have employees like her to greet and serve appreciate employees like her I recommend this Pizza Hut thank you so much for having us I do appreciate will be back soon thank you Delilah and your team

  I will never order from this place again! I ordered for in store pickup with a future pickup time of 12:15. After placing my order the app disregarded my pickup time and set pickup for their standard 15 min pickup. The issue only started there! After I seen the pickup time was wrong I immediately called in. Instead of getting an in store worker I get connected with a horrible customer service line. They must have cheap Walmart wifi connection because back to back time they tried to connect me to the store the line would ring and then hang up. After I called back for the 3rd time a representative finally connected me to the store but it was the wrong location!! I called back again for a 4th time and told my story yet again when I finally got connected to an employee at this location. Not only was the worker rude but he refused to remake my order for the correct pickup time stating that it was in the oven and if I would have called sooner maybe he could have remade it. The irony in that because of the fact I spent a good 20 minutes getting giant up on and transferred to the wrong store! I then asked for a refund and he denied me a refund as well. At this moment I have my young baby and family at the hospital and couldn’t leave to go pickup our dinner. And I forsure wasn’t going to pay to eat cold and soggy pizza. The worker not only denied me fresh food, not only denied me my money back, but he did so with attitude and complete lack of professionalism. Id suggest him trying his hand at flipping burger for McDonalds. Horrible service all around! I put a dispute in with my bank because I couldn’t get in contact with any store manager. All this over 45 2 pizza order ! Ridiculous!
