  The noodles at this location were disappointing. They felt more like “sopa de fideo” because they were cut so short, which made them hard to eat. On top of that, the portion sizes for both the noodles and meat were very small.

  I was going to post a 5 star for this Pho Tre Bien location, but that would not be reflection of how much the atmosphere has changed since I last went 2-3 weeks ago. I knew the restaurant manager was running the place, with how much negative aura was in the air and the charisma vacuum that she presented herself. She did not greet me, take my order when I walked towards her at the bar, or even acknowledged me when I had my dine-in experience. I can also tell that that the staff numbers took a hit, as it seems that 7-8 people have quit in the last two weeks. I’m glad the skeleton crew of cooks and the few waitresses that are left can deliver. But the dark cloud of a restaurant manager being the face you see the most definitely brings down the vibes. Restaurant chain owners, you need to intervene to save this restaurant location. I loved coming here and I hate to leave it, but I will in protest of how it’s being run into the ground now.

  Terrible service and unsanitary conditions I ordered the shrimp fried rice. When the food arrived covered in egg, I politely asked if I can get one without egg. Instead of making a fresh plate, the staff took my food to the kitchen and brought the exact same plate back out, telling me I’d have to pay for a second meal if I wanted the order fixed. Even after speaking to the manager, they refused to make it right. On top of the blatant lack of customer service, the restaurant itself is quite nasty and poorly maintained. I paid for food I couldn't eat and left. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

  Second day in a row I went to the Pho Tre Bien at Cimarron. The Pho soup is good my wife and kids like it and I always go for the Banh Mi Sandwich. It has been awhile since I have gone there to eat so I ordered my usual meal, the Banh Mi with Beef. Yesterday the bread was stale and barely any meat. I thought I would give it another go today same sandwich and again completely disappointed. Almost no meat and a sprinkle of veggies in the sandwich. Two thumbs down don’t order the Banh Mi if you go to Pho Tre Bien. The staff is nice but I won’t go back.
