- IIItzRandomguySep 13, 20261.0I went here and got my pizza and the service was slow, when i asked for more than one ranch i was told that it would be extra (not an issue). I paid got my receipt and then the person at the front just walked away and started doing other things! When the ranch fridge was right behind him he decided to have me wait for 3 minutes and when i was finally noticed by another worker. I said i needed my ranch because the other guy walked away. And instead of getting me my ranch the next employee proceeded to say “isnt that it right there”. Pointing to the single one on the box. After i paid for more. Should not be that stingy/ rude to just get some ranch.
- BMBoaz MakonaSep 11, 20262.0They had no main menu. The Pizza was alright. But the customer service was very poor when I went to collect my Pizza. The guy tossed my pizza on the counter
- CWCre WilliamsSep 10, 20261.0Took the lady 20 mins to deliver my pizzas cus she couldn’t find my address like are you kidding me and no reimbursement was given no call smh I told her to call me and she wouldn’t I had to call her like how unprofessional
- MGMorgan GriffithJul 26, 20262.0Ordered buffalo boneless wings, and there was barely any sauce on our order. We got buffalo drizzled chicken nuggets.
- MGML GarnicaJul 26, 20262.0I’ve written Papa John’s 3 times about this issue. Weekly we pickup a large 5 toppings pizza from the Edgemere location in EP, TX. The onions are too large not chopped appropriately to pizza. This weekend the dough and/or sauce was flavorless & the onion chunks bigger. This has been ongoing for each order for the past 3 months.
