Location is inside campus, which directions showed it was by the campus not inside campus. ( I am not a student), and the security officer did not let me in without a pass. I tried going in thru one of the main streets and all is under construction. Tried calling the number on the website with no success with a voicemail that said "Panera managers office is currently unavailable" Tried cancelling my order online with no sucess. I finally called coperate and they end up telling unfortunetly they can not give me a refund because my order is now ready for pick up. When I had been trying for more than 45 to and hour to get ahold of somebody and the pick up location to get to my order. If I would have known this was going to happen, I would have never ever ordered online............Very bad experience.......
