  I visited this location around 6:30 PM today and noticed the drive-thru employee stopping to chat with a friend who for a while came through without placing an order. It slowed down the line and felt unprofessional during a busy time. I hope management can address this so customers receive prompt and attentive service. I was about to leave because of how much I had to wait so whoever was working the drive thru today at 6:30 pm is that girl she didn’t have her employee tag I couldn’t see her name .

  I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado.sandwich and I received a prison sandwich special. Plain white bread with 2 slices of velveta cheese and 5 slices of turkey. A complete joke.

  Third time eating at this location. Every single time something's been a little off with the food. This time, me and my wife both got the runs. She gave them her name and they misspelled it so they called the wrong name.

  Oddly enough, I ordered online from this address and Google sent me here. It's the wrong address and location. This was a East St Panera instead of the address I ordered is 20 mins away. Both managers at each store took care of me with refund and reorder within 5 minutes. Appreciate my time not being wasted. I hope both locations can get corporate to fix the app and Google location.
