  Pésimo servicio. Mi orden llegó completamente mal donde envian un CHIMICHURRI Filet sin el chimichurri y cuando intenté llamar para resolver el problema, me dejaron esperando en la línea por muchísimo tiempo sin ninguna respuesta. Además de pagar por algo que pedí y llega incompleto tampoco hubo atención al cliente. Definitivamente no vuelvo a ordenar aquí.

  Unfortunately, our recent visit was very disappointing. To start, our food was served cold, which is never ideal for a steakhouse. However, the most upsetting part of the evening was the service. Our server—a heavyset gentleman who wasn't wearing a name tag—was condescending and had a very unpleasant, aggressive attitude. He spoke to me as if I were a child, to the point where my husband actually had to intervene and correct him on his tone. It felt as though the server may have become dispassionate working there, but his current approach to customer service is completely unacceptable. On a positive note, the manager had a very pleasant attitude and handled our concerns professionally. I am surprised the server cannot display that same level of courtesy. He definitely needs to be retrained on how to properly interact with guests. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

  Today went to Outback and enjoyed every minute of it! Our server Scout is a true professional. Always made sure we were fine and kept our drinks topped off. We haven’t been to this restaurant in years, and it was a great welcome back experience. Thank you and we will be back soon! 😊

  Adrian gave us such a great experience. He was attentive, quick, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. Everything we needed was taken care of right away, and he made us feel really welcome. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit! We will be coming back because of him!

  We went in as a Party of 6 , Horrible service, treated like 2nd class citizens with a Bill of over $200, meals were missing sides, dishes didn't get picked up after appetizers, manager came out was Cocky didn't accommodate! Definitely not worth the Price, so sad 😢 Chicos Tacos would have been better at this Point 👉
