    The food at Morra Mia was absolutely delicious, and the entire dining experience was made even better by the incredible service. Mirely was a fantastic waitress who was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home.

    Fuimos a cenar anoche y la verdad es que el lugar tiene un ambiente buenísimo para pasar el rato. La comida nos sorprendió bastante porque la carta nocturna tiene varias opciones muy ricas. Lo mejor de todo fue la atención de nuestra mesera Mirely, que se portó súper linda y atenta con nosotros en todo momento. Definitivamente el buen trato de Mirely y el ambiente del lugar hicieron que valiera totalmente la pena.

    Been wanting to try Morra Mia for a long time and got the chance too recently. It's common to see "Fancy" Mexican eats in El Paso and most of the time it's expensive food that you could have gotten better at grandmas house, but Morra Mia got it right! The vibe of the atmosphere was very inviting and not overwhelming. Open spacious, colors felt fresh, and so was the cold water we were started with. Everything was very clean and neat. Service was smooth. We were seated as soon as we got in, around lunch time. What stood out the most was the food. Definitely would go back for another bite, everything tasted great and felt fresh. I appreciated the salsa variety with the tostadas, they make a very good salsa for sure.

    We had an amazing dining experience, and a big part of that was our waiter. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He checked on us at just the right times, made excellent recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being overbearing. It's not often you come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and takes such pride in providing outstanding service. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly stood out. He made our meal even more enjoyable, and we will definitely be back because of the exceptional service we received. Thank you for going above and beyond, Giancarlo.

    The place has a good vibe with great decor. The food was delicious for four of us celebrating 2 birthdays. We even had staff sing to us. However, the service was so bad! The waitress told us she did not understand English and to ask questions and order in Spanish. So cool we speak Spanish. We received our water carafe with mint tasted good. We asked for ice because water was not cold. It took several requests about the ice, tea, and sodas ordered if they were coming. After going to front to inquire about our drinks and ice it finally arrived about 35 minutes later. Then very young waitress returned to take our orders. After being there for 45 minutes she returned to ask if the pozole ordered was in a bowl or cup ?? It was obvious she had not put in the orders or correct o4ders. We waited about an hour for our food. After we finished we asked for separate checks and menu to order alcohol drinks. Waitress brought one menu! And the separate checks that were incorrect!! Then she returned and handed us 2 to 3 different checks for each one of us...WHAT!!! waitress went back to correct them and returned with different checks that didn't even belong to us. By this time we just wanted to leave and did not order alcohol drinks. We tried to figure out which was the correct ones or close to it and we paid. So frustrating tat after the laughter of our lunch we were frustrated and upset ruining our get together. So our first time experience was horrible because of the service. Disappointment because the ambience and food was good. The manager was informed and she brought the waitress to our table and told her to apologize. This was like a mother to child situation and quite embarrassing for the waitress instead of leading like a manager. The parking is very small and tight.
