- BBBianca “Crazy Slytherin” BurciagaOct 29, 20261.0Their system always seems to be down. And its not an exaggeration
- TTTXflyboyOct 24, 20262.0This location has a lot of problems that seem to come from mismanagement. I used to do curbside pickup but stopped because they would lose my order and I’d be sitting on the phone with them trying to sort it out. Now I go through the drive thru, and half the time I either can’t pick up my order because their internet is down, or I’m given the wrong stuff. I’ve provided feedback on these issues and have never gotten a refund or even acknowledgment that there was a problem. You’re better off just going a block over to the Whataburger, that one’s always on point. I added a star because the people at this McDonald’s are really friendly.
- DZDanielle ZaragozaOct 14, 20261.0The wait is always so long and 90% of the time the system is down.
- PMPedro MartinezOct 12, 20261.0Workers are very slow, they’re out of certain items, they gave me someone else’s food by accident somehow, workers need better training
