Almost every time I come here, the system is down and they can’t scan or accept app deals and reward codes. It’s frustrating to plan on using offers and then be told they don’t work because of system issues. This has been happening repeatedly, not just once. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with the same problem every visit. Management needs to improve the service and fix these ongoing technical issues so customers can actually use the promotions the app advertises. Definitely needs better reliability and customer service. NOT COMING HERE AGAIN !!!

The play place is pretty big and my child enjoyed it. When ordering food, although it was kind of slow, its best to use their kiosk and wait to pay with the cashier.
