  worker who took my order through the drive thru at 11:53 pm has horrible customer service and hearing issues. please make her disappear. Got my order wrong the first time and then made sure to leave out some items.

  I just ordered sweet and sour sauce and creamy ranch and they didn’t put it in the box so we wasted our money and didn’t get our sauce

  6/17/26 at 9:30am. This place sucks. They refuse to give you water and you need a code to use the bathroom. They act like if they have safety deposit boxes in the restroom. Should be illegal to lock bathrooms or put codes on bathroom doors. Watered down orange juice and old sausage patties, this place really sucks

  Stopped in to McDonald's to order happy meals and bigmac. Customer service was horrible. The girl at the service window very rude and when I asked to get a koolaide drink she became very rude. This happened on Saturday afternoon around 2:-2:30

  I normally never complain about mess ups because I understand things happen but not this time on ,June 6 at 12 am my wife and I got food because we were a little hungry but not to much because we were tired so we get a bacon quarter pounder and a ice cream cone,nothing to big, but they messed up the entire order didn’t even give me the right food and fries were bad as well as just disappointing of customer service, my wife and I where waiting 30 Minutes!!!!, just to get serve, and customer service wasn’t even there, there was no sense of urgency or concern,I understand it’s grave yard shift but at least be polite, I actually want a refund for my order just because everything was messed up and nothing was done to make us feel better about it, I wasn’t given a receipt or ticket so i do not know the name of the worker who serve me but I do know it was 3 male workers and all of them were not very greeting I am genuinely upset and disappointed about how much they lack in customer service
