  Ordered through app with enough time. Waited way too long and had to go in for my order that still wasn't ready. The orange juice was basically water. I'll never go to this one again.

  Usually get really good service until today. Was surprised to find out that the one providing the bad service was actually the manager Noe. Pretty sad when the employees give better service than the manager.

  I ordered food for my kids dad I live in Abilene. I ordered it for mobile orders in-store pick up and the people wouldn’t give him the food with the receipt and the receipt number. I had to call when I called. The lady told me my name before I told her my name because I gave her the receipt number then they told me they gave him the food and then after we hung up, they told him that the order wasn’t paid for and made him give it back. Then, whenever I was talking to her on his phone, the lady walked away and wouldn’t talk to me so I don’t know what they’ve got going on in that store but I would not recommend doing any online orders. If you’re not gonna pick it up yourself I’ve done this multiple times with my kids. I ordered food for them and they pick it up. I don’t know what this store’s problem is.

  The service here is terrible… if the manager is not present these people do whatever they want.. they take soooooooo long to serve the food… I’ve heard them being gossip between them and they love to run their mouths talking instead of paying attention to the orders… I’ve been there several times and they always mess up my orders… MANAGEMENT DO BETTER!!! It’s unbelievable that yall don’t have breakfast all day like you used too… yall make me take line either inside or by curbside and when it’s my time to order yall change the manu!! 😡 like IM WAITING 20 MINUTES ON LINE FOR MY BREAKFAST BECAUSE YALL ARE SO SLOW!!!! THEN WHEN I ORDER THE MENU HAS CHANGED FOR FOOD? LIKE WHO EATS BURGERS AT 10am? WHEN BREAKFAST SHOULD STILL BE AVAILABLE DURING THE MORNING… pm means it’s afternoon which means breakfast is done… yall got to rectify this atrocious situation…. A customer unsatisfied!!! 😠😡
