  The service we received was truly unsatisfactory. The presentation of the food was quite messy, and we noticed that some of the customized ingredients we had ordered were missing. Furthermore, the staff was also quite rude and made our order incorrect on two separate occasions. Due to their poor behavior, we ultimately decided not to bother correcting the order the second time.

  Fuimos a almorzar mi esposo y yo y escojimos el numero 3 y el tocino estaba duro y luego mi esposo escogió el cafe mediano y no quisieron darle el refill pero llego otra persona y si le dio refill el cajero era Angel nada de customer service

  The neophyte manager doesn’t know how to speak proper English. How does anyone expect her to run a restaurant??? Incompetency at its finest. Was bothered I asked for my refund because they made me wait 25 minutes for NUGETS and 1 BURGER. She didn’t even apologize!!!!! Inept management.

  Some fries were raw, and burned. The service was good
