As a person who has worked in fast food places all i gotta say is being rude and talking to a customer with attitude is NOT how you greet a customer. Second thing why did we have to wait 30 minutes to get the food we had ordered through the app why having 10+ employees in the store couldn’t they give anyone their orders the store was packed with people and the drive thru as well while everyone in the back laughing and chatting. This is not customer service check you’re employees and put them on check.
