McDonald's is a great place to hang out in the morning and have a cup of coffee. Good prices too.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve been to. This is NOT the first time this has happened. Multiple times I’ve placed an order, paid for my food, and they leave items out of the bag. At first I would say, “It’s only a couple of dollars, no big deal.” But today was too much.
My daughter ordered a sandwich, and when we got home, it was missing. I had to drive all the way back just to get something I ALREADY PAID FOR. The value of the sandwich is not the point — the problem is the terrible service and lack of attention.
When I got there, the employee simply threw the sandwich into the bag and handed it to me like nothing happened. I asked to speak with the manager and explained the situation. His only response was: “OK.” No apology, no empathy, no courtesy, nothing.
Now I have to eat cold food because I had to waste time driving back to fix THEIR mistake. That is not fair to any customer.
If the owner is reading these reviews, you seriously need to correct this manager and better train your staff. People working with customers should know how to treat people with respect when there is a problem.
I pay for my food and expect to receive EVERYTHING I ordered.
Too many bad experiences at this location already, and honestly, I will not be coming back.

Waited almost 2 hours for receive our order. Terrible service. On top of that a big piece of hair in our food. Absolutely disgusting will not be coming to this location again. Do not recommend.
I have been eating McDonalds my whole life and I have never been served raw meat in my life. The drive thru kept saying why I didn’t order through drive through when I could just have just it picked it up inside myself . The lady kept repeating the same thing over and over why she had issues serving me through the drive through instead of dining in. I took a bite of disgusting red raw meat. I suffer from stomach issues. This was beyond dusting and it was done on purpose.

We arrived at your facility to dine in and proceeded to place the order at the counter. I guess the staff was extremely busy and took them a while to acknowledge us, we were finally greeted by a staff member and he took our order. We waited for our order a noticed, it was incomplete, there were no fries and no catchup added to our order. My wife approached the counter again, but we noticed they were extremely busy and the kind gentleman cleaning the restaurant noticed we had been waiting for a while so, he asked us in a very polite manner if we needed something. My wife told him we were waiting for someone to take care of us because we were missing items in our order and he went ahead and took care of us right away. The housekeeping gentleman was very polite, customer service oriented and he TRuLY went above and beyond to ensure we were taken cared off. That shows and truly reflects the professionalism of the kind and humble, housekeeping gentleman that took the time to notice us; when everyone else was too busy to even acknowledge our presence. I am visually impaired and when my wife made me aware of what went on and how this gentleman went above and beyond to take care of us, when everyone else was too busy to even acknowledge us; that TRULY speaks very highly about the character of this kind gentleman. We want to take this opportunity to recognize him and hopefully, management will notice this kind, humble, yet; very professional and attentive staff of your establishment. My wife mentioned to me that the restaurant was completely empty, but it was obvious your drive thru was extremely busy since, nobody noticed us for a while. We understand the restaurant is probably under staff, BUT that does not give anyone the excuse to be ignored. The name of the kind housekeeping gentleman was Mr. Sergio.
