  genuinely the WORST mcdonalds in el paso andprobably in the whole damn world at this point. 30 min for 2 double cheeseburgers is crazy and they didnt even give us straws and when i asked for them she walked to the literal drive thru window to get them. i couldve done that 😭 embarrassing team fr

  Today’s date. April 26, 2026 Sunday, 11:40 Afternoon. Ordered for pick up. Parked on curbside. As I was rolling down my window I turned around because my daughter asked me something. When I turned back around to receive my order. There was a drink in my face. So I backed up a bit got my drink. Put it down the girl already had the bag inside of my car I barely had ahold of it when she walked away. Didn’t say a word. It felt rushed and rude. So whatever little girl you had working today running food out to customers, she really needs to work on her people skills. Shes lucky my daughter was in the car with me cause I would have cussed her out, and I don’t do that in front my kids. Train your workers better in customer service. I’ve worked in customer service and yes being kind takes you along way.

  You always gotta remember to look because you either got the wrong order or your food is old cold or something wrong with it and It doesn't matter what day it is they just dont care and as always most food is old you have about 5 entree things that are worth buying and you never have ice cream

  As a doordasher that comes to this location frequently, what happened today was not nessary. A lady manager that helped was rude to not only myself but other customers around. The service provided was not up to standards to what the store says they should provide. I went in today to pickup a an order at 12:38p.m having known that the order is ready at 12:40p.m. Before I can finish saying the name, the manager gave attitude stating "I just received the order okay." As I tell her to not worry about it, she walks off and proceeds to say, "she's here for the order an it's not ready yet. I don't get why they get here if it's not even ready." I understand if someone is having a bad day, we all have them; however, the comments mentioned were not nessary. Some dasher like to get there early because they are right around the corner and others like myself do it because the on time rate goes high for higher ranked dashing. I don't think it's fair that after telling my husband that she was giving attitude, he had to go in and ask who was giving attitude. As soon as that happened, the manager all of a sudden treated me "nicely." No matter what job you got I think the service provided should matter. I will bring this up with corporate, and let them know the name of the manager that attended me. Is not fair to me, it's not fair to the other customers there, and it's not fair for the company. Thank you.
