  This place has terrible wait times for breakfast, and I’m not even talking about when it’s busy, I’m talking about 5-5:30am. I’ve always waited 10+ mins in the drive thru and have been only me in line. Today was the last time I’m ever going, had me waiting 17 minutes for a McGriddle sandwich in drive thru at 5:30 am with no more than 3 people in line. It was so bad that others in line began to leave, if it wasn’t for me already paying in the app, I’d have left too. Mind you, it’s always like this ! Terrible

  Very slow service, missing items and wrong items were given. Nobody is at counter and you have a hard time getting somebody come to counter. One of the worst services i have ever had. I hope somebody does something about this matter.

  Not only did they try to hand me yellow water for sweet tea when they already up charge .20 for the medium size sweet teas the employee KNEW they needed more sweet tea but decided to continue serving me the yellow water that was handed to me. Usually I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to fast food as I worked in the industry for over a decade. But the smirk for me calling the employee out, along with the attitude that come along with it absolutely unprofessional. Specially after we were already in like for a while.

  On 5/6/26 went for breakfast ordered a #9 sub the bagel for English muffin with a mocha frappe. My frappe was slush and I got a bacon and egg sandwich not a steak and egg sandwich so I go back would not remake my frappe and received a steak sandwich no egg didn’t want to go back a third time.

  Terrible at providing what is ordered. Ordered a qtr pounder with extra ketchup and recieved a dbl qtr pounder with mustard. Also ordered a dbl qtr pounder with cheese and received it with both buns on the same side. Clearly they can not read the order even what it is on the burger and don't know that the neat patties are supposed to be inside the buns. Worst part is I had to wait a while for the order at the window while multiple cars behind me got there orders first. After eating the burgers they are terrible, cold and taste like they were sitting there for a while and just put them in a bag to fill my order than making the food fresh.
