  Drive thru service, ordered egg and sausage McMuffin got egg and ham, never fails they always mess up the order, will start going to Whataburger

  The food was good and all but there were some workers playing around in the back and I had to wait for at least 4 minutes before they finally got to me. Amazing food and atmosphere but service was not as good.

  They claim they'll deliver to your table then leave the food on the counter. I don't mind going to pick it up but the food is cold because they don't tell you it's ready. They just put it up there when it was suppose to.be taken to table.

  There was an African American woman in the front I'm door dashing and my Dasher app says order is ready I'm asking her if it's ready she then curses at me I try to explain my app says order is ready and she curses me out under her breath. What type of service is this???? Like seriously I don't care if the restaurant is busy that doesn't give her the right to curse me out and talk about me under her breath I ask for her name and some guy tells me it's his mom but won't give me her first name?!?!! Like um okay...I never said her full name but I know they can at least provide her first name so therefore, I can't even state who this woman is or her name hopefully y'all can figure that out for me because she really shouldn't be working there with those customer service skills if you can even call that customer service. Also, isn't it a conflict of interest for family members to be working together?

  Update...see what I mean by the response below. Thats exactly what I already did. Twice! The app double charges me because the first time it gave an error message that it didn't go through, but it did. I didnt know until I got home and had one bag of food but two receipts. I opened a case with cust service twice. They keep saying they sent it to the store for a refund and nothing. So dumb to lose my business over $6.
