  Ive been going to this mcdonalds for a few years now, about 2 times a month or more. This Sunday May 17, I went and the service was horrible. There is no point to put dining in they will still make you go to the counter but they just scream out your number and those machines never have paper for receipts so you don't always know your number, so sometimes your food waits there getting cold. The fries didnt have any salt so i asked for salt and ketchup, the worker seemed bothered by the request and only gave me 3 packets of salt and 3 packets of ketchup, mind you it was 3 of us at my table so it was a packet per each one. But I do want to clarify this has happened to me many times but only on Sunday nights. If you go during the week the staff is usually pretty nice. They walk your food to you and are generous with sauces. During the week the food is fresh and fries are nicely salted. Its my favorite mcdonalds by far in el paso but if I have the craving on a Sunday I'll just avoid this one going forward.

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s because of an employee named Geraldo. He was blocking the pickup area, so I politely asked him to move, but he ignored me. After waiting, I lightly tapped him on the back and asked again, and only then did he finally move. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he called me “pendejo,” which was completely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior from an employee. I understand work can be stressful, but customers should not be insulted for simply trying to access the pickup area. Management should seriously address how employees treat people.

  Attitude is everything!! And we didn’t ask for it in the drive thru! Just our drinks with a lot of attitude

  Fast Service, no ice cream ! Second time I try that location and they have no ice cream. Everything else as youbwoukd expect.

  I know it gets hella busy but the least y'all can do it is do the orders right! I asked for a number 2b with bacon and I got cheese smh
