- JJJorge2 days ago1.0I really hate having to leave this review because Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite places to eat, which makes this even more frustrating. I went through the drive-thru Friday night, handed the cashier my credit card to pay, and after the payment was processed, the cashier left the window. Another employee handed me my food, and I left without realizing my card had never been returned. I called the store several times over the weekend and again after returning home, but nobody was able to locate it. I’m replacing the card and thankfully nothing was charged, but a customer’s credit card should not disappear after being handed to an employee for payment. I still have my receipt with the date, time, and cashier information and will be submitting a formal complaint to corporate.
