  I went through the drive through to pick up my online order. I spent 55 minutes in line and when I got tothe window, it was still another 10 minutes. Not only did I spend my lunch time in line, I was late getting back to work and could not eat my sandwich. Called and left message for manager and never got a call back. Don't Go eat there or oder during rush hours.

  So I go to this particular Jimmy Johns always because its the best if not the only one in El Paos. I work and live in Taiwan for a time being and every time I come home I want Jimmy Johns. So a crazy thing happened when my wife went home to El Paso last month. You guys normally carve out the extra bread upon request or sometimes you automatically do it, I know this because me and my wife are regulars there and we are also investors. My wife goes there with my daughter and they order and my wife asks them to carve out the extra bread. They guy there at the time said they don't do this and they never do this. Now we aren't idiots, and we know what you guys do because like I said we are regulars. Had I came home last month with my wife I would've called this guy a damn lier because you always carve out the bread. He told my wife straight to her face that you never carve the extra bread out and thats the only way we have always got our subs. So my advice is to let your employees know that if they don't know something or are unsure of store operations they need to call higher to clarify instead of lying to our faces. I hope you guys rectify this problem or change with other customers because I will be home in June to see if that's the case because you guys are always me go to for subs. Have a nice day.

  Love the sandwiches but had a terrible experience. They made the sandwiches, cut and wrapped them, then left them on the counter. This was a To Go order. They made us bag our own food, and were curt when we asked which was which. The only nice and decent person was the cashier. I will never go to that location again.
