    The delivery driver got lost and left my food at another house, then went back and got it and took it back to the store. The employee at the store argued with us about whether the food had been dropped off somewhere else or not. We went to pick up the food and I reached out to the corporate office to try to get a partial refund since I paid for delivery that never happened. The store manager never reached out.

    I always have a great time in the Airways location because of there speed, communication, and team work that is associated at the east side location. However, the Resler Location just ain't up to par at all with speed, cleanliness, teamwork and communication. Place isnt really clean, lots of dirt build up on window seals along with no more tea? Does this location not serve sweet or unsweetened tea anymore? Dude manager just doesn't seem fit for the simple task that is given, lots of miscommunication with him and his coworkers, never less I had to wait literally 12 minutes for my 2 sandwiches to be made which I'm sure its a 30 second standard right? Im also allergic to Tomatos, and i saw the sandwich maker place then remove the tomatos on the sandwich leaving tomato juice and tomato seeds on my sandwich, so I did politely ask for it to be remade since i am allergic. I was the only customer along with 1 order that came infront of me for pickup. I won't be coming back to this location for a while. I hope it clears up and gets all tighty, this isnt the JJ I remember 😔

    Placed a group lunch order today and had the worst experience. I have ordered many times and this is the first time I have gotten this upset. I placed the order around 11:45ish and I did not receive my food until after 1pm and I asked for ASAP delivery time. I called a few times to get an update and the level of customer service in the person taking calls is not helpful. I understand the lunch rush, I understand they could be short staffed, and I felt for the delivery girl who was obviously overwhelmed, BUT, there should be communication if my order is going to be over an hour late or I would've canceled the order. Not only that, but I was still missing a drink and one of the sodas exploded on my coworker. Jimmy John's used to be my go-to sandwich spot, but after today, I will not be doing any group or catering orders from here.
