  Placed a group lunch order today and had the worst experience. I have ordered many times and this is the first time I have gotten this upset. I placed the order around 11:45ish and I did not receive my food until after 1pm and I asked for ASAP delivery time. I called a few times to get an update and the level of customer service in the person taking calls is not helpful. I understand the lunch rush, I understand they could be short staffed, and I felt for the delivery girl who was obviously overwhelmed, BUT, there should be communication if my order is going to be over an hour late or I would've canceled the order. Not only that, but I was still missing a drink and one of the sodas exploded on my coworker. Jimmy John's used to be my go-to sandwich spot, but after today, I will not be doing any group or catering orders from here.

  Went about a month ago with an online order. My sandwich was supposed to be without veggies, they put a ton on it. Had to call And return for a new sandwich. Refused to comp me the sandwich despite having to waste fuel and time to fix their mistake. Complained online and all they did was send feedback to a manager

  This place has the worst customer service. Very aggressive employees. I would definitely recommend there HR to review there employees behavior. Very poor customer service.
