    I visited this Jimmy John’s today with my daughter, and we ended up walking out because of an employee’s behavior. While we were waiting, an older male employee was talking loudly to another employee about wanting to have sex with college students. He also made explicit sexual comments about a young female customer who had been in the store before us, including saying he wanted to, quote, ‘use that’ and using other graphic language. This conversation was loud enough for customers to hear, including my daughter. It was completely inappropriate and made us so uncomfortable, we left without ordering. customers shouldn’t have to hear that in a family restaurant.

    No accountability for their mistakes . Brushed me off like I was in the wrong when my food was not delivered. Had to ask for a refund, no apology, nothing. Never ordering from this place again!

    This is not you're ordinary place to eat, This place has the vibe, The atmosphere and of course delicious food including The totally tuna!! But most importantly the amazing staff that actually take care of you! Great team of workers at this place, John and Alex were very good to me and made sure I was taking care of! So I recommend this location over the others mostly due to the great customer service! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

    Horrible experience at this store. We ordered a large $290 order. Delivery arrived 1 hour late to our client meeting with 10 drinks missing. Sandwiches bland. They attempted to make things right by giving us a credit at a Jimmy John's store, when I went to the store to use it, they couldn't locate it. This restaurant has horrible management. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Go to Jason's deli instead.
