  I absolutely love HTeaO! The tea selection is amazing, but what really sets this place apart is their fantastic customer service. Every time I visit, the staff is welcoming, friendly, and always ready with great recommendations. The Texas Chai is a personal favorite, and you definitely have to try the secret menu Blueberry Muffin tea—it's incredible! Highly recommend stopping by!

  Horrible experience waited in line for about 10 minutes just to get to the speaker and them tell me they couldn’t hear me to pull up to the window got to the window placed my order they moved me up front to wait for another 10 minutes they took care of everyone before me and the strange part is they were taking orders from the speaker they claimed was cutting up

  I always order from this place on doordash and during my last order my drinks or not labeled I ordered a strawberry matcha with whole milk and my sister ordered hers with half and half and we did not know which one was which. Please do try to label the drinks on delivery orders. Bad that aside this place is great never had an issue in person only, on deliveries.

  It was a perfect day to stop by HTeao. I loved that there were many tea options from sweet to unsweet. After sampling a few, I decided to go with a mix of pineapple crush, cherry and strawberry passion. It was very delicious! They also sell snacks, cute souvenirs and tea by the gallon. Very clean establishment. Great customer service from Devin F and his team. I will definitely come back.

  Love this place. My family and I are addicted. When we go we always buy a few gallons and get drinks for the ride home. The only complaint we have is its location. We would go there more but where the location is it's not convenient. They NEED more locations in El Paso.
