We visited Gamescape Eastlake on Friday evening to celebrate our friend's son's 12th birthday. What should have been a fun family outing ended in disappointment. Our children were bowling while the adults sat nearby talking and enjoying each other's company. The place was relatively empty, and we were simply socializing as a group of friends and family. After ordering a couple of beers, we were unexpectedly refused further service and told we were being loud and smelled like alcohol. We found those comments insulting and embarrassing, especially since we were not arguing, fighting, or intentionally disturbing anyone. What made the situation worse was seeing two employees near the shoe rental counter laughing and high-fiving shortly afterward. We don't know what they were celebrating, but given the timing, it certainly didn't make us feel welcome. Nobody actually asked us to leave, but the way we were treated made us uncomfortable enough that we decided to leave on our own. The birthday boy's mother was even planning to purchase another hour of bowling. We understand businesses have the right to refuse alcohol service. However, there's a respectful and professional way to communicate with paying customers. We would have gladly addressed any concerns if someone had simply spoken to us respectfully. Very disappointing experience, especially during a child's birthday celebration. We expected better customer service from Gamescape.

Visited this establishment for a birthday. Had a really great time with my family while enjoying great food and playing in their game room. Due to limited time, we didn’t get the chance to play in their bowling alley, that looked like so much fun by the way, or watch a movie as of yet. I will be returning with my family again to do so because of the authentic adventure i experiences with my family. Thank you for the fun.
