  Okay but EJ was literally THE BEST!! 😭👏 From the second we got there, he was so nice, funny, helpful, and just had the BEST energy. He made the whole experience so much more fun and genuinely made us feel taken care of the entire time. You can tell he actually enjoys interacting with people because nothing felt forced or like he was just doing his job. He was checking in on us, helping us out, joking around with us, and just overall made our night 10x better. THAT is customer service. 😂 Seriously, if you go to Gamescape and get EJ, you got lucky!! Give that man his flowers because he deserves them 💐😂 EJ, you’re a freaking ICON. 100/10 we will absolutely be back!! 🫶🏼🎮✨

  I had a great experience at GameScape, especially because of Kemist. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He clearly knows his stuff and made the whole experience much better. Kemist was professional, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about helping customers. Definitely one of the best employees there and a big reason I’d come back. 10/10 customer service!

  20/10 experience every single time! Kemist at Gamescape is honestly one of the best workers there. He’s super helpful, nice and respectful. He has a really good sense of humor and makes the place feel welcoming. You can tell he actually cares about customers and makes people feel comfortable. Employees like him make people want to keep coming back. He definitely deserves recognition for how awesome he is!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Gamescape by Cinemark, and I especially want to recognize Kemist. He was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. He took the time to make sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying ourselves. It’s always nice to see a manager who is actually present, interacts with customers, and leads by example. You can tell Kemist genuinely cares about the customer experience and about keeping everything running smoothly. Great atmosphere, great service, and an overall great experience. Kemist definitely deserves recognition for the way he represents Gamescape!

  Second time experiencing this venue and it’s been absolutely incredible! Watched The Odessey in those DBox! It was such a cool experience! Loudest sound system I’ve ever experience! 🤘🏽 popcorn was fantastic, we didn’t dine in but we will certainly add that to our to do list next time! Also the staff was professional and courteous, I had left my wallet behind and they went above and beyond to assist me in finding it! Extremely grateful to have a place that has integrity! The atmosphere is by far the best in El Paso! 10/10 recommend!!!
