  I had a very disappointing experience at Game Scape. They served my 6-year-old child chicken that was clearly undercooked. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable, especially when serving children. We brought it to the staff’s attention, but the experience had already ruined our visit. Restaurants have a responsibility to ensure food is cooked properly before it reaches the table. I hope they take food safety much more seriously in the future so this doesn’t happen to another family.

  Took our 3 grandsons, 2 teens & adult children. Total of 9 folks. The food & drinks were very good, everyone absolutely enjoyed their choices but the winners for me were the wings & cheese sticks. All the kids were exhausted & had a great time. The best part was the great service that was provided, they topped our drinks, they were prompt, food was hot, they kept asking is if we needed anything, they really & truly stayed on top of our needs. We will be back, this place is a gem, it had something for everyone.

  I visited earlier today and was disappointed by what I witnessed from one of the younger managers. I wasn't able to read her name tag, but she had blondish hair, which may help identify who I am referring to. During my visit, I observed her speaking to employees in a disrespectful and condescending manner. She seemed to be bossing them around while not helping with the workload herself. I also noticed that she would disappear for periods of time or spend time talking with other managers while the employees continued handling everything on their own. The employees appeared to be working hard despite the lack of support. Good leadership means treating employees with respect, leading by example, and helping the team when it's busy. Based on what I personally observed, that wasn't the impression I got. I hope management looks into this and works to create a more supportive environment for both employees and customers.

  I wanted to leave a review for Olivia, who helped me during the BTS concert event today. I was having an issue with an order from the kitchen and wasn't sure what could be done, but Olivia immediately stepped in and helped me out. She was very kind, professional, and made me feel like my concern actually mattered instead of brushing it off. She handled the situation quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. What impressed me most was that even though the event was busy and there were a lot of people needing assistance, she remained patient and friendly with everyone. Throughout the time I was there, she seemed to be constantly helping guests and keeping things running smoothly. The BTS concert was already a fun experience, but Olivia's customer service made it even better. She has a great attitude, works well under pressure, and represents the theater really well. I think employees like her deserve recognition because she genuinely made a positive impression on me as a guest. Thank you, Olivia, for making my visit such a great experience

  I went to Gamescape today to watch the BTS live viewing. I was pretty upset that I had spent around $70 just to be able to watch 30 minutes of the movie. I spoke to a manager I believe his name was Erin he let me know there was some issues with the movie and they were trying to fix it. Two other managers then came to our theater and said it was an error amongst other showtimes and theaters which I completely understand I just wish they would’ve let us know beforehand but I’m glad I got to see a snippet of them! They gave us rain checks and said we will be getting our refunds. So as sad as it was I do not blame the theater the experience was great. Also, a big shoutout to the staff and especially the managers Erin and the other two but just not the servers (that’s a story for another time). I definitely recommend Gamescape just not for concert movies. Just kidding. 😂 6/10
