- RSRick Scott5 days ago5.0Taylor was waitress she not very friendly bordering on rude glasses were empty most of time. It was hard to get her attention. Our order wasinaccurate based on what we ordered and she got aggravated when advised it was wrong. food good and other staff was friendly.

Friday night, stress-free start to a good weekend, happy hour prices, beginning with drinks and dinner at "Great American Steakburger", Sean Haggerty, Northeast El Paso. Oscar (the owner) walks up to our table at about the one hour mark (we're waiting for our fifth party member to show up), but enjoying wine, cold Stellas on draft, good convo, family. Oscar says, and I paraphrase, "are you folks going to order soon...I'm expecting large groups tonight and will need to have room for them when they arrive!" Imagine the expression on the faces of the folks at the table who were about to spend some bucks for dinner and drinks! 20 minutes prior a "fresh" Stella came to the table, for my neice, lipstick stains on the "clean" glass as it arrived. Oscar replenished the glass, but no mention of a comp (good Customer service...nope!) for the ruined beer. Fast forward to Oscar's urging for us to decide on our meal, so we could get served and open the table we were currently using to enjoy our meal, but that he so desperately needed for a future large group. I ordered a second Stella...lipstick on my glass as well! The meal came and one of the steak burgers was raw instead of well done, as ordered, and the bacon was missing from inside the burger. Needless to say, we thought the service was crap and the attitude of the owner telling us that we needed to hurry to free up the table for someone else...NOT COOL AT ALL!! We spent almost $200...never going back!!
